Our pre-purchase counseling sessions will give you the information and confidence to tackle homeownership. We will work together to talk through the process, make certain that you can afford what you are interested in buying, and answer any questions that you may have.

• You must have a loan number provided by the Chenoa Fund to register for an appointment.

• Loan numbers will start with 16..... or 50..... and are 7 digits long.

• Without the correct loan number, we may not be able to provide counseling to you!

If you do not have your loan number, then please call your loan officer. We will not be able to provide your loan number to you.
